STATE FAIR HELPERS AND VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
The fair is not possible without a cadre of talented 4-Hers and adult volunteers that make it all happen.Consider volunteering to help set-up the building,check-in exhibits, and assist judges.Good help is always needed, especially adult volunteers! We ask that all helpers be age 8 or older.
Please see the 2015 Fair Helpers Form – Check out what we need help with, fill out the Fair Helper or Host/Hostess form and return to the Sussex 4-H Office by June 12!
County Record Books
The newly revised 4-H Record Book guidelines and fillable pdf forms for are now available on the State 4-H Page. These guidelines are being implemented statewide. Please contact the 4-H Office with any questions you have. Record Books are due to the county office by August 24.

Annual Links & Jr. Council Summer Picnic – August 15, 2015
The summer meeting is the Family Picnic. August 15th at 5:00 pm in the Grove beside the Carvel Center. Anyone who wishes to help please contact Links President, Amy West at amywwebb@aol.com.
Please bring a covered dish and your own plates, cups and utensils. Iced tea, water and lemonade will be provided along with Hot Dogs and Hamburgers.
Robotics Club
The Robotics Club will resume meeting in September. Watch for Fall dates!
Summer Meetings
There will be no Jr. Council or Leaders Meetings in July. Meetings will resume in August.
Horse Judging Results
Sussex County Horse Judging was held on Saturday, May 9 at Flying A Riding Academy at Annett Farms. Many thanks to Elrita Annett was being our host. A make-up contest was also held at the Sussex 4-H Horse Show on May 30.
The following 4-Hers are eligible to judge at the State Horse judging contest at the fair.
