The following training sessions are scheduled for 4-H members registered for the 2013 Delaware State Fair Tractor Driving and Small Compact Tractor Driving Contests.

Participation in one session for each contest entered will satisfy the requirement for contestants to participate in a training at the state, county or club level in order to compete in these fair events. Please register for the training session with Mike Love at 302-856-2585 ext. 583 or 302-519-6685.

4-H Members planning to compete at the State Fair Tractor Driving Contest as BOTH a 4-H Member and FFA Member must participate in the FFA tractor driving training session scheduled for Wednesday, July 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hoobers in Seaford.  4-H Members participating in this FFA training session will meet the 4-H training requirement.

Delaware State Fair 4-H Small Compact Tractor Driving Contest will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 9 a.m.

Training sessions are scheduled as follows:

Tuesday, July 9, 2013, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Taylor & Messick, Harrington

Thursday, July 11, 2013, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tractor Supply, Seaford

Delaware State Fair 4-H Tractor Driving Contest will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 11 a.m. Training session is scheduled for Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Taylor & Messick in Harrington.
