On February 1 & 2, seven Clothing & Textile project members met at the Carvel Building to make a “quilt as you go” lap robe.  Instructor, Debbie Lagano and teen assistants, Angela Lagano, Mary Lagano and Maggie Durig, guided, instructed and helped the participants complete the project.  Youth used their measuring, cutting, pressing and sewing skills to construct the seven unique projects.  This was the first quilting project for the youth but will not be the last! All were pleased with the beautiful lap robes.
