Wellness Education Just For You

We have a rotating collection of wellness videos available on UD Capture Space that you can watch whenever you want. To watch the videos, simply go to https://capture.udel.edu/ and sign in with your UD username and password (bonus: you’ll have access to videos from many other UD departments too!) by clicking on the “guest” icon and the top right. From there, you can search for our channel “Student Wellness and Health Promotion. We post all sorts of videos including recorded presentations from our Wellness Speakers (only available for limited periods of time), instructional videos, event promos and more.
