Mental Health

Our Center for Counseling and Student Development offers a variety of short-term individual and group programs covered by your Student Health Fee that can help you cope with life events, develop skills and relationships, and improve your overall resilience. Blue Hens also have 24/7 phone support at 302-831-1001, as well as text support at 741741 using UDTEXT or STEVE.

Physical Care

Enjoy having your primary care physician right on the Green, along with immunizations, men’s/women’s health and more. Most services are covered by your Student Health Fee, and insurance is also accepted. Practice healthy living throughout the year with the Healthy HENS program, and get resources delivered right to your inbox with UD Student Health 101.

Advocacy and Resources

Coming to college is a significant life transition. Take advantage of resources designed to help you practice mindful living and cultivate healthy communities, and never hesitate to consult your Dean of Students with any concern, question, or obstacle you may encounter including insecurity around food, housing, or citizenship.
