Throughout the world, Blue Hens are living through these moments together. Day by day, we rise and make decisions about our health and wellness, the communities that we support and that support us, and what we can do to feel that we are thriving despite these challenging times. We know that every step we take to protect our flock brings us closer to each other once again.

Confidential distance meetings are available by appointment only for all services including the Collegiate Recovery Community, substance use counseling, and support for victims of sexual misconduct. Call or email to get started with services.
Students can also learn more about healthy relationships, safer sex, substance use, and stress management through the self-paced Choosing Well at UD portal, and can complete an anonymous, confidential self-assessment of their alcohol, marijuana or other drug use through ScreenU.
Appointments can be made by calling 302-831-2226. Complete the telehealth consent form now, in case a telehealth visit with SHS is more appropriate than an in-person visit. This is found under Forms in the Secure Student Health Portal. For in-person appointments, you will need to show proof of being cleared to access campus facilities on the day of entry through your completed daily health check.
When you call CCSD, you will connect with a member of the front desk staff who will ask some questions to help you determine next steps, which could be anything from a specific counseling service or resource to one-on-one referral coordination for off-campus care.
CCSD has moved to 201 Wellbeing Center at Warner Hall. Stop by the new center today and take advantage of study and lounge spaces in rooms 101-103! Telehealth care is still available and you can learn more about all CCSD opportunities here.
