Free virtual fitness classes are back! Join us for live fitness classes, via Zoom, taught by your favorite UD Fitness Instructors. We will be offering formats that can be done at home, such as yoga, Barre, HIIT, Combat, Zumba, and more!
For your convenience, on-demand options for fitness classes are also available. Students will have access to over 200+ recorded UD fitness classes that can be watched at any time, ALL FOR FREE!
Yoga is a great resource for students looking to increase their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. UD Yoga Club is hosting online classes on Instagram Live and YouTube. You can also request recordings for past Recovery Yoga sessions offered through Student Wellness and Health Promotion that will allow for you practice on your own at your own pace.
