Flu Vaccine Clinics
WHO: All UD students (full-time, part-time, undergraduate or graduate)
WHEN: 9 a.m.–noon and 1–4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 2, and Friday, December 9
WHERE: Student Health Services Annex, located behind Laurel Hall (282 The Green)
Appointments are strongly recommended. See below for registration information.
How to Register
- Log into the UD Health Portal.
- Click “Schedule an appointment.”
- Choose “Student Health Services” and click Continue.
- Choose “Flu Vaccine Clinic” and click Continue.
- Update your contact information as prompted and continue to schedule.
- Choose an available appointment time.
- Upon confirmation of your appointment you will be prompted to complete a pre-visit questionnaire and consent form. If you are not prepared to complete those forms immediately upon scheduling your appointment, they can be accessed at any time on the “Appointments” page.
- Upload your Insurance card via the “Insurance Card” section on the home menu.
- Confirm/update your “Profile” section, including pronouns, local address, cell phone number and Emergency Contact information.
