This website is devoted to the Inspection, Monitoring, and Maintenance of Civil Infrastructure (IMMCI) Research Group in the department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Delaware. The group was started in 2010 by Thomas Schumacher, who is now at Portland State University.
