Community Planning

The current system for community, master (multi-jurisdictional) or sub-regional planning works on a scale that is large enough to be strategic, yet small enough to allow for a fairly detailed consideration of major development proposals and other crucial community and multi-jurisdictional issues. It is also set up to secure a reasonable level of public involvement, identification and accountability.

The Bridgeville-Greenwood Master Plan focuses on sustainable growth in the Nanticoke Watershed. It has been adopted by Greenwood and is under consideration by Bridgeville.
