White House Launched Emerging Global Leaders Program Seeks Candidates
Priority Deadline: March 10, but applications accepted year-round
Atlas Corps seeks nonprofit leaders from around the world to apply for Fellowships in the U.S. and Latin America. Atlas Corps engages leaders committed to the nonprofit sector in 6-18 month, professional fellowships at organizations to learn best practices, build organizational capacity, and return home to create a network of global leaders. This prestigious fellowship was endorsed by the White House at the Clinton Global Initiative and seeks leaders from all around the world to apply. The fellowship includes a living stipend to cover basic expenses (food, local transportation, and shared housing) and health insurance. Our fellows do substantive, meaningful work that is integral to our day-to-day operations, programs and activities. Duties vary across our teams, but include event planning, research, writing and working with outside partners, including federal agencies and colleges and universities.

Fellows have opportunities to grow personally as well as professionally through workshops and training sessions geared toward students and young professionals. We offer the following stipends:
$1000/month for fellows with an undergraduate or graduate degree
$800/month for fellows who have not yet graduated
Pay is pro-rated for part-time fellows.

Here are some of our Intern opportunities:
1. Research Interns
Pacem is seeking two part-time research Interns. We are looking for someone to conduct socio-economic research in a variety of peace, international relations and environmental topics. In particular, the Intern may work on the completion of our Local EcoEconomy Guide and/or the Wilmington Peace Resource book. These positions are paid.
2. Graphic Design Intern
Pacem is seeking a part-time graphic design Intern. Work will include a new design for our website, our 5X/year PeaceWork printed newsletter, our weekly e-newsletter, and assorted flyers and posters for upcoming events. This position is paid.
3. Global Solutions Lab Researcher and Administrator
Pacem is seeking a part-time administrative Intern to coordinate the international workshop we run each year at the United Nations and a Philadelphia area college. Part of this Internship is the opportunity to attend the 2016 Lab. This position is unpaid.
4. Strategic Communications Intern
Pacem is seeking a part-time strategic communications Intern. The strategic communications Intern will assist with the overall marketing and communications needs of the organization.
The Intern’s primary responsibility is to assist Pacem’s Executive Director with creating a variety of outreach materials for policy advocacy, membership, and fundraising; implementing an organization-wide communications strategy; and developing marketing plans for specific programs and activities. This position is unpaid.
Internship Structure and Course Credit
The Internships (5-10hrs/wk), take place in Wilmington, DE, and are both paid and unpaid. We will accommodate a flexible schedule. Pacem in Terris is willing to work with the candidate’s higher education institution for course credit, if applicable.

I am writing to share our search for talented undergraduates for the Summer Analyst Internship position at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
The Summer Analyst Internship program provides undergraduates an opportunity to learn about and contribute to the work done by the Research and Statistics Group. Over the course of the summer, our economists-whose specialties include banking and payment systems, capital markets, international economics, macroeconomics, and microeconomics-work closely with Summer Analysts on long-term, academically orientated research projects as well as current public policy work.
In addition to their daily responsibilities, summer analysts attend events and weekly presentations hosted by senior management. These presentations provide a broad and extensive overview of the Bank’s responsibilities and operations. As well as serving as a prime learning opportunity for undergraduates interested in economic research, the summer analyst program also establishes a strong pool of candidates for recruitment into the full-time Research Analyst position at the FRBNY upon graduation.
We seek candidates who have records of superior scholarship and academic curiosity. Summer Analysts usually come from strong economics, policy, mathematics, or computer science backgrounds, though a major in one of these fields is not a necessity. Successful candidates often have previous research experience, and many are considering careers in economic research, public policy, or other related fields.

• The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Leadership Fellows Program is a distinguished program for graduate students who expect to receive their degree in fall 2015 or spring 2016.
• The Leadership Fellows Program is a two-year rotational program that offers on-the-job experience in approximately four different business functions ranging from finance and planning to operations and human resources, designed to build a strong foundation of business acumen, adaptability, and knowledge of Port Authority operations.
• Rotational assignments are coupled with an agency orientation and developmental opportunities to ensure a valuable experience.
• The breadth and depth of these experiences are critical in preparing Leadership Fellows to be future leaders within the agency.

POLITICAL AFFAIRS INTERNSHIP
This is a part-time 14-hours per week telecommuting internship.
