As the semester comes to an end, it’s time to submit your final grades to UDSIS. In addition to the regular process described on the Registrar’s Web site, Sakai users can use a Web form titled Grade Submission from Sakai to UDSIS
A couple of caveats regarding the use of the Web form:
1. Must use Gradebook 2 in Sakai.

2. Possible error message at the end of the process
After you have clicked the “Finish and Submit” button at the end of the Web form, if you have a large roster, you might get this error message:
The server is temporarily unavailable. NOTE: Some systems may not be available between approximately 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. Monday - Saturday and between 4:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Sundays due to system maintenance.
If you get this message, check your grade roster in UDSIS. Your grades have probably been submitted anyway. If they haven’t, contact the IT Support Center (submit a request, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call  831-6000).
