
Some clients have reported that the most recent Firefox upgrade (version 23) prevents pages from loading using the Web Content, Home, or Syllabus tools. [1] Links that used to work now show a blank page. See screenshot below.
This issue affects students and faculty members alike. If you need to access the content right away, here is the quick workaround.
1. Click the shield next to the URL in the browser bar.
2. Open the drop-down menu and select Disable Protection on This Page.
3. The page will reload and display the content.
