If you have ever been involved with customer support, you will understand that it’s not easy to strike the right balance between supporting every client individually and documenting to help client find solutions on their own. The Sakai@UD support team will use this blog space to inform students and faculty of tidbits of knowledge they should know to make their experience with Sakai more enjoyable, productive, and interesting. It won’t exactly be like our current Sakai@UD documentation. This is more of an in-between space, an informal environment to share practices, processes, trends, and timely updates.
