The United States District Court for the District of Delaware’s Re-entry Court (“REC”) began operation in September 2012. It is a voluntary re-entry program for Delaware residents who are on federal supervised release and present a significant risk of recidivism.

The REC Fund was created to provide financial support to REC participants, when the participants have financial hardships or needs that cannot be addressed via funding provided by the USPO.  The REC Fund provides an additional important source of support to men and women who are working to turn their lives around after release from incarceration.
