Library Resources

This page consolidates instructor-focused library resources into one place. For student-focused resources, see the E110 class page on the library website.

What can the library do for me as an instructor?

The library offers support services for research and multimodal instruction. In addition to librarian-led class sessions, you can meet with the librarians to discuss designing your research paper and multimodal project assignments, how to incorporate student-facing resources into your class, and more.

Additionally, the library offers tutorials you can share with your students, ready-made Canvas modules that you can easily insert into your Canvas course page, and assignment packages that include instructor’s guides, grading rubrics, and more. You can find links to these resources below.

Not sure where to start? Reach out to Lauren Wallis, the first-year experience librarian, for research assignment help or Amanda McCollom, the multimedia literacy librarian, for multimodal assignment help. You can find their contact information and broad suggestions about what they can specifically help you with below.
