We are excited to host Brittany Knick MS, RDN, LDN from Christiana Care Health System tonight. She is a clinical dietitian and UD alumni. Brittany works as a clinical RD and also teaches BHAN 130 cooking classes in the Food and Nutrition Education Lab.
