Ammon Pinizzotto Biopharmaceutical Innovation Center
Located on the ground floor of the Ammon Pinizzotto Biopharmaceutical Innovation Center on the UD STAR Campus, this Neo 400 MHz NMR spectrometer is equipped with the latest generation Bruker Avance Neo console and a BBFO probe for observing X-nucleus ranging from 109Ag to 31P as well as 19F and 1H. The Neo 400 MHz NMR also has a sample changer which accepts sample submission 24/7. The day-queue is reserved for a quick turn-around analysis for experiments such as 1H, 13C, and 2D COSY. The night-queue is for experiments that require one or more hours of instrument time such as 13C NMR of dilute samples and two-dimensional experiments (HMQC, HSQC, NOESY).
Data acquired on the Neo 400 MHz NMR spectrometer is automatically transferred to our NMR data server. NMR training on instrument automation, sample loading/unloading, data processing, and magnet laboratory safety is available for all researchers at the University of Delaware and required for access to this instrument.
