The AVIII 400 MHz NMR spectrometer has several NMR probes: a Bruker BBFO, a Bruker BBO Probe, and a Bruker BBI probe.
The BBFO probe is a two-channel (1H and X-nucleus) probe with a capability of automatic tuning and match. The observe channel (X) covers an observe frequency range from 109Ag to 19F. The sample temperature range of this probe is from -150 to 150 °C .
The BBO probe is a two-channel (1H and X-nucleus) probe with a capability of automatic tuning and match. The observe channel (X) covers an observe frequency range from 109Ag to 31P. The sample temperature range of this probe is from -150 to 150 °C .
The BBI probe is a two-channel (1H and X-nucleus) probe with a capability of automatic tuning and match. The observe channel is optimized for 1H and the decoupling channel is tunable for a broadband frequency.
This instrument is ideal for analyzing time and air sensitive samples. It is also suitable for monitoring reaction kinetics of chemical reactions and for variable temperature (VT) NMR measurements. Special training is required to use the spectrometer. Additional training is available for VT experiment. The web reservation is required to use AVIII 400 MHz spectrometer.
The spectrometer is running Bruker TopSpin software.
