  • Prints aluminum, copper, bronze and stainless steal
  • Relatively safe compared to other metal printing methods
  • Near net shape and fully dense

Ceramic AM Sytems

XJet Caramel 1400

  • Inkjet deposition of ceramic or metallic nanoparticle materials.
    • Deposition of ZrO2 nanomaterials
    • Deposition of Al2O3 nanomaterials
    • Deposition of Stainless Steel nanomaterials.
    • Finished parts at 99.9% bulk density and are 100% isotropic.
  • Build volume of 0.5 m x 0.5 m x 0.4 m.
  • Printed layer heights of 10 µm, with 100 µm feature resolutions.
  • Printing of planar and conformal geometries with intricate features.
  • Thermally stable heated vacuum chuck for mounting build trays.
