NRT MIDAS Program Coordinator

Ms. Jennifer Johnston (Program Coordinator) is a born and raised Delawarean with a diverse professional background. Attending a performing arts conservatory in New York City after high school, she worked for several years in theater, film, and television after completing her studies. Discovering her knack for business while working behind the camera prompted her to return home to Delaware to her family and pursue an education in business. While working in higher education at Delaware Technical Community College in Wilmington she simultaneously completed her associates degree and competed and won the 2020 Business Plan Competition.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude and received two certificates of recognition for ‘Most Outstanding Student in Entrepreneurship’ and ‘2020 Student Leadership’. Jennifer continued her education at Goldey Beacom College where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration on Entrepreneurship, graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving the Academic Achievement Award for graduating at the top of her program.

Jennifer has worked in higher education for several years working in assessment, community outreach, managing the operations of an instructional program, and providing guidance to students. Jennifer’s experience working in higher education combined with her business education specializing in entrepreneurship aides in her ability to oversee the operations of the NRT MIDAS program as well as support the NRT MIDAS Director, core faculty, and the trainees.
