What’s Happening in the VFTG, Week of 11/10/2025

The VFTG was officially “put to bed” during the 11/10 work session.

We harvested what was ready to harvest.

We cut up biomass for the composter, mulched the Canna Lillies, and removed the plants which were expired.

A number of cool/cold season vegetables remain in the garden to resist the upcoming cold weather, including Arugula, Broccoli, Radishes, Beets, Brussels Sprouts, Kale, Tronchuda Portuguese kale, Collards, Chard, and some low lettuce.
