We have a rich and rewarding Allies Program at UD, which  serves as a resource to the University community as part of a network for those with questions or concerns relating to LGBTQ issues.  The University’s Office for LGBTQ Community Issues provides Allies training at least once a year.  The training program was created to address issues of homophobia and heterosexism in our culture and provides the tools necessary to understand these issues, as well as training on listening skills and interaction with the LGBTQ community.

If you are interested in becoming an ally and joining this important network, please contact Rebekah Harless-Balmer.
