Health and wellbeing are two of the most important fundamentals and gifts that anyone around the globe can ever hope to have in their lifetime. There is a lot to be said about the curated and undeniable links between health and wellbeing with quality of life. This is true around the globe and it is true regardless of who an individual is, where in the world they happen to be, or what their personal circumstances are. Even (and especially), of course, for males. Around the globe, men often have a much trickier time with their mental health than females, purely for the fact that there is an additional “be a man” stigma that has proven to be toxic for men, their mental health, and their confidence.

This is going to very much be a learning curve for men around the globe going forward. This is just the start.
