  1. Hello Sukaynah Hawsawi,
I enjoyed reviewing your Capstone Project on Developing a growth mindset among teachers and students in primary school. You design a very creative poster that grabs your immediate attention. I like how you provided the definition of a growth mindset. I like your approach that we should consider each student as an individual capable of growth and not expect the same from all students. I like that you included the Responsive Classroom Strategies to help support students. Your impact evaluation includes four valuable data points: mindset quiz, test scores, survey, and post-assessments. Well done!

  2. Sukaynah, you describe the differences between growth and fixed mindsets very clearly, and outline the many benefits of growth mindset for students. I also like how you link growth mindset to ideas about differentiation and individualizing education. The way you use Responsive Classroom strategies to enact the theory of growth mindset is powerful. I can’t wait to see what becomes of this project!

  3. Your presentation and poster Developing growth mindset among teachers and students in primary school were both well done. The poster was very will planned and easy to read. Your explanation was clear and concise. You have a clear well developed plan including the research, application and assessment. It is unfortunate that we were not able to see you again. I know that you will be a catalyst for change when you return. You are in my prayers.
