1. Hello Salwa Alamir,
   I enjoyed reviewing your Capstone Project on A Healthy Lunch Every Day: Developing a Cafeteria Program to Improve Student Nutrition. We are all well aware that the basic needs of students must be met first before students are able to learn in school. (#Maslow before Bloom) Your poster is extremely well organized. You clearly stated your rationale, goals, implementation, and evaluation of your plan. Well done!

2. I really liked your presentation as it addresses a very important need, health and nutrition. Your poster was very well organized and well thought out. Good luck as you implement this change. Believe it or not this was one that was hard to implement at first. Taking junk food out of schools here was at first a challenge but now it is accepted. It is sad we did not get to see everyone in person. You are in my prayers.

   I am so pleased to read and listen to your presentation. You did a GREAT job. Your poster was very easy to read and understandable. I was even more impressed with your English!!!!!. I was excited that you chose the “Healthy Lunch Every Day” as your project. This is so important for students to be able to focus and maintain a healthy well-being.
