Good afternoon, Rufaida. What a great poster and presentation! Your introduction was excellent, a very creative way to frame your proposed evaluation system. I hope that the pilot of your system is successful so that you have data to show the Ministry of Education that your system should be adopted. Will you make the training program for the supervisors a face-to-face or online program? Excellent action plan! Thanks for your significant work on it.
Hello Rufaida Alhamad,
I enjoyed reviewing your Capstone Project on Teacher Supervision and Evaluation that Inspires Growth. I like how you started your presentation with a question to catch the attention of your audience. Additionally, I like that you share your own experience of your evaluation and the hurdles that you had to overcome. A very nice personal touch.
Your poster is very informative and easy to understand. It is clear that you spent time researching the different teacher evaluation systems before you developed your own framework. Good Luck with the implementation of your project and being a catalyst for change.
Rufaida,
I’m so glad you didn’t quit teaching all those years ago. It is clear that your supervision is informed by empathy from your own experience and deep understanding of the complexity of teaching. Your project is ambitious, and so are you. I wish you all the best in implementing this project and hope we can keep working together to design your PD for evaluators. Hilary
Your introduction to your project Teacher Supervision and Evaluation that Inspires Growth was outstanding. It got my attention immediately with the graphics and the questions. Your journey in the profession has molded you into the supervisor today who recognizes the needs of teachers. I know you are going to be a change catalyst when you return to Saudi Arabia. You have identified the current reality, the research and a proposed solution. I really enjoyed this proposal. It is unfortunate that we did not get to see each other once again. Safe journeys. I know you will make this happen.
