In this lab, we are focusing on the societal aspect of machine learning and artificial intelligence, specifically in the areas of data privacy, fairness, game theory and mechanism design, and security economics. If you are interested in these fields, please consider applying.

Yihe Wang

Bio: Yihe is a Ph.D. student in Computer & Information Sciences at the University of Delaware, supervised by Prof. Mohammad Mahdi Khalili. He received his MSc degree in Computer Science from New York University, and He received his BSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He is interested in Machine Learning and its applications. He likes games, anime, Ocarina, and traveling.

 

Mina Samizadeh

Bio: Mina is a Ph.D. student in Computer & Information Sciences at the University of Delaware. She received her MSc degree and BSc degree from the Iran University of Science and Technology. Her research interests are in machine learning and artificial intelligence. In particular, she is working on developing ML algorithms with privacy and fairness guarantees.
