Delaware State Fair
4-H Building Paper Cutting Night

New Castle Building, Delaware State Fairgrounds
Each year, we ask 4-H youth and adult volunteers to join us for a paper cutting night to cut and prepare the paper that is used on all the display pieces in the 4-H Building for the Delaware State Fair in advance of our building set-up date. Assistance is needed to cut and roll the paper as it is being cut. We also have the border pieces used on the displays that we need to pull apart and separate.

The project will be done on the state fairgrounds in the New Castle Building. We have allowed 2 1/2 hours, but depending on the number of volunteers, this time may be shortened. Individuals can certainly come for all or part of the time to assist. Thanks in advance for your assistance in this project.
