The Delaware State Fair system is open for entries from April 1st to June 1st.
Late entries will not be accepted.

Please keep in mind that there is a cost to DSF associated with each entry. Please only register for classes you intend to enter.

Important Note – Many Class numbers have changed in 2025.
- IMPORTANT RULE ESTABLISHED in 2024: In order for a 4-H youth exhibitor to receive a free exhibitor pass for entry into the Delaware State Fair, they must meet one of the following levels in the 4-H Department:
- Enter five (5) exhibits in the 4-H Department.
- Participate in two (2) 4-H competitions that occur during the State Fair.
- Participate in one (1) 4-H competition that occurs during the State Fair AND enter three (3) exhibits in the 4-H Department.
- Exhibit one or more entries as a Cloverbud Exhibitor in the 4-H Department.
Helping hands are always needed. Please check your schedule and sign up to make the 2025 State Fair successful!
Many Helpers make light work for Pre- and Post-Fair activities: building set-up, check-in and judging support, and tear-down/clean-up.
Youth or Adult representation is needed in the 4-H building throughout the Fair to greet visitors and share information about Delaware 4-H.
Sign up for one or more 2-hour shifts.
