November:

With the holidays approaching, we had a lot of business to go over during our November club meeting. Many members reported on their blue ribbons won during the Great Pumpkin Day contest. Officers talked about the club’s plans for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This includes community service projects we will work on, such as tree decorating and a parade. Our members are excited for all the fun things happening before the end of the year!

The Dover Clovers have an exciting season ahead of them. Our club is excited for our 4-H community’s enjoyable events. Teddy received the Diamond Clover Award, Level One. On Great Pumpkin Day, for the Beginner-Wreath category, Iset took third place and third place for Sponsor Banner Sales, and Mia won, in her age category, the National 4-H Week walking challenge. Congratulations to you all. Many thanks to Catie for sharing her poem below. It is beginning to feel a lot like Christmas with the approaching Trim-a-Tree competition. Dover Clovers wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, a joyous Christmas, and wonderful and safe winter.
