Jr. Council is a group of Kent County 4-H’ers aged 13-19. This group provides input into the county 4-H program, plans and carries out county-wide activities for youth, and provides leadership opportunities. Jr. Council members are ambassadors of the 4-H program and are positive role models for younger 4-H members.
