2023 Kent County 4-H Public Speaking Contest Results
The 2023 Kent County Public Speaking Contest was held on Sunday, January 22nd, at the Kent County Levy Court, with 43 Kent County 4-Hers participating. Participants shared many interesting and entertaining speeches; your creativity and writing were top-notch! There were several 4-Hers new to this contest, and they did an outstanding job; we can’t wait to witness your improvement each year. Likewise, the experienced 4-Hers also did an outstanding job, and we are very proud of your speeches and presentations.
We would like to thank the Kent County Levy Court for opening its doors and allowing us to host the public speaking event there. We greatly appreciate the management and staff for all their help setting up and taking down for the event.
Our event would not be possible without our dedicated 4-H Judges, who are all longtime 4-H supporters and youth advocates.
