- GEM is an awareness and acceptance stress management program for Ages 10 & Up. This program is a two-time National Award-winning curriculum that focuses on mindfulness in its teachings.

- Mindfulness is a mental state of full awareness and acceptance of the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations
