Greetings from the Delaware State Fair!
Two of the most important dates for you to remember are:
1.Online entries start on Thursday, April 1 at 9:00 AM EDT
2. The deadline to complete online entries is Tuesday, June 1 at 11:59 PM EDT.
ShoWorks offers an app called ShoWorks Passport available for Android or Apple IOS (phones and tablets).
You will be able to create your user account, make entries, receive instant notification from the Fair and view all of your awards and placements. ShoWorks Passport is free and available at the google and apple app stores.
Once enrolled in ShoWorks Passport, you will be able to access prior year’s entries and reuse certain data across different fairs and shows that use ShoWorks. After enrolling in ShoWorks, you can access the same information on any desktop or laptop computer that has access to the internet.

Please keep in mind going this route, you will not benefit from all the enhancements described above including accessing your information year to year, receiving instant notification from the Fair and viewing your awards and placements.

After you have submitted your entries you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t get a confirmation email, check your spam filter settings and make sure that sweb@fairsoftware.email is an accepted/approved email-sender in your system.
The Delaware State Fair enthusiastically recommends that all exhibitors download the ShoWorks Passport app and use it starting this year.
