Beyond the Basics: Writing a Data Management Plan Workshops

Presented By: University of Delaware Library, Museums and Press

When applying for funding, researchers are often required to submit a data management plan with their applications. These plans can help ensure your data is well managed and organized throughout your project and preserved for long-term use.

Find out how to write a data management plan during this virtual workshop, where you’ll learn what elements should be included in the plan and how to identify the specific requirements of different funding agencies. You’ll also explore how to use the DMP Tool, an online system designed to assist you in writing your data management plan.

This workshop is open to UD students, faculty and staff. It will be led by Sarah E. Katz, health science librarian, and Sabine Lanteri, science liaison librarian.

Registration is required. Once registered, you will receive an email with details on how to join the workshop via Zoom.
