There will be adjustments made to the campus I.P. (Data) Network due to fiber optic cable plant reconfiguration on Thursday, May 23, between the hours of 9:00am-11:00am, at the following buildings on campus:
Hullihen Hall
Louis Redding Hall
Harrington Commons
Harrington Hall A
Harrington Hall B
Harrington Hall C
Harrington Hall D
Harrington Hall E
Gilbert Hall
This work should NOT create a network outage but we would like to announce that the work is taking place in the event any issues arise.
Please be advised, if any issues do arise and an outage inadvertently occurs, there will be no IP data network connectivity for normal and emergency Telephone/Voice Services, Fire Alarms, Security Alarms, Video Surveillance Cameras, and all Facilities owned systems including BAS Metering, Smart Lighting, etc.
ADDITIONALLY, THE BUILDING FIRE ALARM AND INTRUSION ALARM
MONITORING WILL NOT BE OPERATIONAL. PLEASE REPORT ALL FIRE ALARM AND INTRUSION ALARM ACTIVATIONS TO UDPD AT 302-831-2222 BY WAY OF A CELL PHONE IF POSSIBLE.
