Come join in the fun at Vita Nova for our Livin’ La Vita Nova! Culinary Camp! For ages 11-13!
University of Delaware’s Department of Hospitality and Sport Business Management is thrilled to offer “Livin’ La Vita Nova!” Culinary Camps this summer!
In this immersive and hands-on camp experience, campers will have the opportunity to work with our Executive Chef Instructors and dig into all things culinary. Baking fundamentals, knife skills and live demonstrations are just some of the offerings on the menu this summer!
There will be 4 one-week long camp sessions:
June 23-27, 2025 $300 (12 spots) FULL
June 30-July 3, 2025 (no camp on July 4) – $300 (12 spots) FULL
July 7-11, 2025 – $300 (12 spots) FULL
July 14-18, 2025 – $300 (12 spots) FULL
Itinerary:
8:30am – Drop off at Vita Nova.
9am -12:15pm – instruction and fun time.
12:15pm – 1pm – Lunch
1pm – pick up.
