2020 Honors graduates, let me start by saying CONGRATULATIONS! You have challenged yourself in the classroom, you have helped your fellow classmates, you have been a leader on campus, and you have made lifelong friends. Everyone on the staff in Honors is proud of you, and I know the faculty who had you in class, and those who worked with you outside of the class, would echo that sentiment.

While this is not the way we wanted your senior year to end, the time has come to look back at all you have accomplished, and to look forward to all of the amazing challenges that lay ahead. As you become an Honors alumnus, please know that you are not leaving us. We look forward to hearing about your future successes, and we promise to support you in any way we can along the way.

I am so impressed by the UD Honors family, it is a community that supports and challenges each of us to be the best that we can be. Take what you’ve learned and go out into the world and help make it a better place for all.
