Kayla Pariser, Margo Donlin, Becca Davis, and Kaleb Burch of the Neuromuscular Biomechanics Lab attended the 2022 North American Congress on Biomechanics, hosted by the American and Canadian Societies of Biomechanics. At the conference, Kayla and Kaleb both presented on their respective research projects. In the “Rehabilitation” podium session, Kayla presented her work with adjusting the adaptive treadmill algorithm to more heavily weight stride length. In the “Assistive Technologies” thematic poster session, Kaleb shared his work on the use of a musculoskeletal model to optimize the design of a shoulder-assistive exosuit. Congrats Kayla and Kaleb!
NACOB was also a great opportunity to connect with friends and colleagues! We were able to catch up with many former lab members and UD students as well as meet many new faces. Looking forward to reuniting with everyone again next year!
