Calibrating water level pressure sensor today, 10/7!
Fun in the Coastal Lab today calibrating our water level pressure sensor today! We will use the sensor to monitor water levels due to sea level rise (SLR) and storm surge that impact infrastructure like roadways, bridge substructures and buildings, particularly along the coastline. The sensor is solar powered using a wifi enabled device for continuous monitoring. Excited to work alongside undergraduate researchers and CEE Chair’s Fellows, Drew Huffer (senior) and Madison Gac (junior).
