Recently, the Head Research Group led by Professor Monique Head at the University of Delaware participated in full-scale testing at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) wave flume in Vicksburg, Mississippi. This research focuses on evaluating the impacts of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) on wave transmission and hydrodynamic forces in shallow sloping estuarine systems.
We sincerely thank the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) team for their outstanding support and collaboration. We look forward to sharing the findings of this important research in the near future.
