Introduction to Educational Data Mining (EDM) (CISC 849)

Course Description | Introduction to the research methods in EDM and how to execute them using standard software packages, how to use the methods and their limitations. Discussion of how EDM differs from more traditional statistical and psychometric approaches and how many of the same statistical and mathematical approaches are used in different ways in these research communities. |
