Procter & Gamble (P&G) is the world’s largest consumer packaged goods company with a vast array of well known brands like Crest, Dawn, Pepto-Bismol, Febreze, and more that span household cleaning, healthcare, and personal care products. The P&G Wipes Plant in Dover, Delaware, manufactures and packages 40% of the baby wipes and personal care wipes sold by P&G in the US.

Project Goal Statement:
This project aims to transform a soap–water stream into solid detergent particles by developing a pilot-scale mechanical device that forms these particles while accounting for rheological properties, mass flow requirements, and industrial scalability.
