How to access Web Forms
If you are unaware of how to navigate to Web Forms, follow these directions:
- Go to www.udel.edu
- Mouse over the Faculty and Staff top menu link
- Click on Employee Resources
- Under the Quick Links section, choose Web Forms from the list
- At this point you will need to log in with your UDelNet ID and password
- Once you are logged in, click on the Blanks tab. You will get a long list of forms. Click on the title of the form you need and complete the form.
