Join the Delaware Department of Agriculture for an informational session about the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP).  The SCBGP offers grants to enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops by funding projects that address the following specialty crop issues: food safety; plant pests and disease; research; crop-specific projects addressing common issues; and marketing and promotion.
