The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)
The FSMA is now in effect and will impact many Delaware produce growers by bringing fresh produce production under regulation. In this session, updates will be provided by the Delaware Department of Agriculture on FSMA implementation.

Worker Protection Standard (WPS)
New Rules for the WPS were put into effect by the EPA in January 2017. This session will offer growers a comprehensive review of the existing WPS rule as well as the new requirements. Growers will have the opportunity to learn about the new WPS rule requirements to prepare their operations for the upcoming 2018 growing season.
