May is  Mental Health Awareness Month.  Paying attention to mental health is more important than ever as we deal with isolation, stress and grief.  There have been many losses experienced this past calendar year.  Students have had to leave campus early or start at UD from home.  Families faced financial stress and sometimes the death of family members.  In addition to COVID related struggles, we are also witnessing our country struggle with a long-delayed reckoning around race and Xenophobia and police violence.  This year has been very taxing.  We invite you to pause and focus on your own self-care.  Please take some time and view our page for resources to help.  Remember we are here for you.
