I ran XC and track in high school and at Pitt during my frosh-soph years.  I started running again in 2009, often before the sun rises!  In most races I attempt to do as well as I can that day.  However, some are run at an easy or moderate pace for training or social purposes.  PRs (as a master) at each distance are in bold.

2015 – 2017 A series of injuries have kept me off the starting line.  I have now been running pain free (relatively) since Jan 2017.  I plan to race again in early 2018.
