There are several Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) at UD who use the UD Food & Nutrition Lab space for events.

Nutrition and Dietetics Club
Faculty Advisor: Maryann Eastep

The Nutrition and Dietetics Club participates in activities including volunteering at the Food Bank, participating in the Spring Health Fair, attending outings for club bonding, and so much more. The club meets every other Monday to talk about upcoming events, how to get involved in the community and listen to guest speakers come and share about their career experiences in the field of nutrition.


Cultural Food Experience

The Cultural Food Experience is a registered student organization dedicated to exploring and learning about an assortment of cuisines from around the world, as well as their cultural significance through food preparation activities.
